A number of people (about 5% of our clients) react strongly to listening to the filtered music of the SSP. Therefore, we always choose a gentle build-up schedule. So that your body and mind have all the time they need to adapt to the changes. In this way we also keep side effects to a minimum. As soon as they do occur, we immediately adjust the listening schedule so that you can continue listening without side effects.
Side effects are a result of listening to the SSP too quickly and often consist of headaches, poor sleep and feeling overstimulated. These are always temporary and disappear with a slower build-up.
