Getting Started with SSP Together

You can easily place an order through our website. We’ll then contact you with instructions for parents and children and a link to the secure intake form.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an invitation to the Unyte app. Your child will then have twelve months of access to the full SSP program (Connect, Core, and Balance). Are you listening along as a parent? If so, you’ll also receive an invitation, at no extra cost.

You fill out the intake form. We'll process it and tailor the listening schedule and instructions to you and your child. That way, you'll know exactly how long, how often, and when your child is listening.

Then you can get started. Your child can listen at home, in short sessions. Twelve months of access gives you plenty of time. You can start slowly, take a break when things get busy at school, and pick it up again later. By repeating it a few times, the effect becomes deeper and more lasting.

During these twelve months, we'll provide you with written guidance. If you have a question, need advice, or want to adjust your child's schedule, we're here to help.

Would you like more background information? If so, you can take our course for parents, based on the Polyvagal Theory, which includes tips and exercises for you and your child. There’s no obligation to commit. Both the course and the guidance are provided in your own language.
